Please find attached Wider Learning Bulletin 5 – 25/03/19. The bulletin celebrates some great events and achievements in Sports and Languages and shares details of recent trips including Y11 Drama trip to the National Theatre, Y12 English Literature lectures on ‘A streetcar named desire’ and a very successful Y9 Battlefields trip. The bulletin also reports on recent Enterprise days for Wells & Fountains and Ripon & Durham who raised money for their chosen charities. The totals raised this year are as follows. Thank you to the Heads of House, House teams, students and staff involved in the day and to those who made donations. The money raised will make a real difference to the charities.

The bulletin also includes Careers Information, Advice and Guidance opportunities (CIAG) including an extended invitation from Latymer school to attend a US Sports Scholarship talk for any students who might be interested in this career pathway. Well done to the Y10 students who have secured their work experience placements for July 2019, there are some fantastic places this year including The National Trust, Universal Music and SEGA
