Train to teach with us via School Direct
School Direct is a school-based teacher training scheme run via the Ealing Teaching School Alliance. School Direct is a great route into teaching – while maintaining a strong link with your university training provider you are primarily based in one school which means you are able to build a relationship with your school from the very start of the process. The programme enables you, as a trainee, to have complete control over your main placement school and you will also benefit from a 6 week placement in a second school.
Ealing Teaching School Alliance (ETSA) is an exciting and innovative collaboration between Twyford CE Academies Trust, the London Borough of Ealing and 12 secondary schools in the borough, striving to provide teaching excellence. ETSA works in partnership with St Mary's, Hillingdon SCITT and Goldsmiths.
We welcome applications from well qualified graduates seeking to train with us. To find out more, please visit the Ealing Teaching School Alliance website here.
We also offer 1 year roles as Teaching Assistants, Peripatetic Music Teachers and Sports Technicians for graduates wishing to explore opportunities before committing to a training programme.Back to the top
